during client approval stages for the following;

Share, brainstorm, discuss views and concepts with Client to firm up the user interface and creative direction of the web
site(s). We create a variety of unique-one-of –a kind designs specifically tailored to your business brand. We post
them in a design gallery where you will be assigned a private URL where you may pick, choose and combine layouts, color and

b. Keywords and Search Phrases
Share and review known common keywords and search phrases.
Perform research on Overture and Google sandbox to measure and identify other relevant keywords and phrases.

c. Wire frame
Provide diagrams or wire frames to establish user interface, navigation architecture and layout design to establish a creative

d. HTML/ ASP build
After approval of comprehensives the HTML/ASP build begins online with a unique URL where work maybe viewed in progress.

f. Beta Testing
Once the web site is completed beta testing, user training and ongoing evaluation to be conducted on the dynamic and interactive sections of the web site.

a. Core Design Requirements
Design client website using best practices in advanced design,(UI) user interface and usability strategies. The web site images, graphics, links and information to be easily accessed
and read by the user. Build web pages for best viewing at 800x600, 1024x 768 and higher resolutions to maximize browser real estate. Page weight will be kept to a minimum for fast
loading and be browser compatible for windows Internet Explorer

b. Dynamic Content
Integrate dynamic text and images into the homepage.
c. Website Images
Client will have access to the Visionefx royalty-free business image library.
d. Hard copies and Properties
Viisionefx shall also provide client with email zip files or a data CD of the entire web site. All web site files, HTML, ASP, coding and digital data are the property of the client
including all original files to include; Photoshop graphic files, Flash files and associated True Type fonts used in the project.
e. Web site Maintenance
Visionefx shall provide maintenance for changes to the existing content for the period of 14 days at the conclusion or go live of the web site design work. Additions or changes after
this period may be covered under a Visionefx time block or tiered maintenance agreement and made available to all Visionefx clientele at a discount purchase price.
