Guard Your Domain
Name, Hosting and Web site
Written by Ricardo Vidallon
I have had web clients ask me to sign them up for hosting and
register their domain name.
This is all fine, but what happens if I get hit by a freight
train? It happens all the time... for example what if you decide
to have another des gin firm handle your web site. Now in this
case you are lucky because I want my clients to grow.
So if your web site has grows beyond my company’s capabilities
or services this means I have done my job well.
I would simply email you all your Whois, ISP logins, administrative
data and all your original graphic files if necessary.
However there are some companies that are not so generous.
Your requests
may go unanswered or they may charge you a large service fee
for this. They may even flat out refuse to release your administrative
data and graphics resulting in costly legal costs and major
headaches.
So be sure that you and you alone are master of your domain.
Here are some sites where you can check for domain availability
and register right online.

90% of my clients have their web sites hosted with
Host My Site.com - http://www.hostmysite.com
Your domain name with a hosting account is free and they provide
24/7 live phone support. Mention my company 'Visionefx' and
ask them to waive the customary 20.00 setup fee.
