GOOGLE-411 and Your Website's
Google Local Business Listing
GOOG-411 is using Google’s normal
local business information available on Google Maps and elsewhere.
Google has a new product called Goog-411 - a free telephone
based information service that could replace toll 411
calls. About 2.6 billion 411 calls are made in the U.S. each
year, and it is a $7 billion/year market.
Dial 1 (800) 466-4411 and see if 'Google 411' finds
your business by 'name' or by 'service'.
This is one of many bench tests that you can perform to see
if you are optimized for Google local listings!
